Toggl Earnings
A free Flutter app that reads Toggl Track entries and works out how many hours you worked, and what that comes to at your hourly rate.
Problem
Toggl Track is excellent at recording time. It is less handy when you want to know how many hours you worked this month, and what that is at your rate. Freelancers often catch up in a spreadsheet, or by doing the sum in their head.
Solution
Toggl Earnings is a light Flutter client, mainly for Android: you paste an API token, set an hourly rate, pick a period, and load the data. The summary and the day-by-day list are calculated on the device, with no backend of its own, no analytics, and no paywall.
- The API token and the rate (CZK / EUR / USD) stay stored on the device
- Period filters: this month, last month, a custom month, All Time
- Summary: time, earnings, average per active day, plus a list by day
- It loads only when you ask. No quiet sync in the background
My role
Author and maintainer of the open-source project: the Flutter UI, the Toggl API connection, the local calculations, and the docs. The repository is public under the MIT license.
Result
A public project on GitHub. Fork it, change it, use it. An independent community project, not affiliated with Toggl.
